Why: Precision Tweaks is digital software. It is delivered instantly by email and, once activated, the software cannot be taken away from the buyer. Because of this, we do not give refunds.

These terms apply when you buy or use Precision Tweaks. By paying or using the app, you agree to them.
1. Who we are. Precision Tweaks is run by Precision Tweaks. Contact: precisiontweaks.official@outlook.com.
2. What the app does. Precision Tweaks changes Windows settings to improve performance. It does not change game files and is not a cheat. Every change is backed up and can be undone with Restore original. You are responsible for creating a restore point before you apply tweaks, and for reading what a tweak does before you apply it.
3. Licences. A paid plan gives you one licence key for personal use. Keys are emailed after payment. Don't share, resell, or publish your key, and don't try to bypass the licence check.
4. Payments. Payments are taken by Stripe in GBP. Prices are shown before you pay.
5. No warranty. The app is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Liability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence, except where the law does not allow that limit.
7. Changes and law. We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

What we collect. Your email address, when you buy a licence or contact support. Your order details and licence key, so we can deliver your key and handle refunds. Payment card details are handled by Stripe, and we never see them.
What the app sends. The app works offline. Its latency test sends a ping to 1.1.1.1, which goes to Cloudflare. We don't receive your hardware details.
Who we share data with. Stripe (payments), Outlook (email), and Discord if you join our server. Each one handles your data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it. Order and tax records are kept for as long as UK law requires. Support emails are kept while they are needed to help you.
